If you remember my story about having the opportunity to wait and listen to God's plan--I think I passed the test! The owners of our house called Friday and they are not coming back this summer! We get to stay in the house through June 30, 2010. By that time, S will be back and it will be time to move to the next duty station.
So, we get to stay in our safe little cocoon and wait out the deployment--or actually, LIVE out the deployment. I will not let "my husband is deployed" define my whole being. We will miss him, but we will have a great year. We will play sports, and go on trips, and hang out with friends, and SMILE, and be HAPPY!!
I think God and S. are proud of me today. Also, I am thinking of giving everyone in the family a nickname for the blog. Another blog that I read does that, and it seems a lot easier to follow than using first initials like I do. If you know my family and have suggestions, let's hear it.

Come on, it's so much fun doing a whirlwind house hunting tour in 5 days. Egads. We signed our life away.
